Return & Refund Policy

30-day return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that your order can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.


Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully before purchasing or using:


Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Process


1. To start a return, you need to contact us first via Send the specific product you need to return and the specific reason. If the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please provide a high-resolution image description.


2. After receiving your email, we will contact you within 1-2 working days. Once it is determined that it was caused by us, the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label on how and where to send your package. You do not need to pay return shipping costs. 


If you are returning the product for personal reasons only, we will also tell you the return address and return label in the email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount. 


3. Please complete the return process within 10 days after receiving the Cookerknife return label. Overdue returns may be refused by Cookerknife.


* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, usually 3-5 working days.




Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you, confirm with you the product and shipping address for the final exchange, and ship within 1-2 business days.



Shipping Cost


* For issues such as quality issues or the wrong product sent by our mistake: Once we receive your evidence, we will resend the item or issue a refund to you. Consumers do not need to pay for shipping, and we will bear the shipping costs for returns.


* Except for the above circumstances, if you return or exchange goods for personal reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by you personally, and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.




* No return and exchange will be accepted for more than 30 days.
* We will not issue a refund if you return the item to the wrong address or the product is damaged.
* We will not issue any refund with your order if you refuse to receive the package we sent to you without contacting us first.
